How far does "diversity" go?

I found this and...I dont know. It just didnt feel right to me.
It was pretty hard for me to watch how they actually give themself an excuse of becoming like it, and want to take control of everything.

I felt sad for this guy when he said

"Think about when you were 5 years old, and how many are still friends?"

this was totally off the point and it was just hard for me to understand how they feel....
I do not criticise them or anything, just that there are some people who think like this.

こないだ発見したこのビデオ。これはどういうことなんやろうって真剣に「？」になってしまった。キモいとかそういう単純な発言が頭の中によぎる以前に。

コミュニケーションをとることって勇気がいることがだし、忍耐も必要だし、そんなに簡単なことではないと思う。でもそれって分かり合うためのある種の痛みというか、みんなが少なからず耐えているもの。

「ちょっと自分が5歳の頃を思い出してみろよ。そのころの友達と何人今でも続いてる？」っていう意味のわからないに正当の仕方には、本当に悲しくなった。すべてを支配できる人なんていないし、すべてが自分の思い通りに行くことなんてありえない。でも、実際にこういう人たちもいるんだ、ってことで時間があったら見てみてほしい。
